Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we are here to help.

  1. Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, if the product did not meet your needs or expectations. You will need to log a return within 7 days via email. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. It should not be missing any parts or accessories. Please note that all shipping costs associated with returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.

If the incorrect item is delivered to you, or is not as described to you on the website or if it has any missing accessories, please notify us and we will collect the item at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will deliver the correct product as soon as possible (if available) or credit your account with the purchase price, or refund the purchase amount to you.

If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by logging a return via email. We will arrange collection of the item at no charge, inspect the product and once validated we will either replace or refund you with the purchase price. For any repairs and replacements, a time frame will be specified accordingly.

We will do our best to ensure products are free of defects. What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect.

The following will not be regarded as defects:

  • Faults resulting from normal wear and tear
  • Damage arising from negligence, abuse or incorrect usage
  • Damage arising from inadequate care of the product
  • Damage arising from alterations to the product
  • Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
  1. Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling fees associated with your order.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If a product is defective within 6 months of delivery you may log a return. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible.

  1. Courier Service:

We use a reputable courier service for all of our deliveries. If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
